What this is:
AccessFlowBot is operated by accessiBe as part of accessFlow, an automated web
accessibility monitoring and reporting product. It loads pages in a headless
browser to evaluate accessibility (WCAG/ADA) issues and generate reports for the
website owner who configured the scan. It does not scrape, republish, resell, or
train models on the content it accesses.

How to identify this bot:
- User-Agent: AccessFlowBot/1.0 (+https://accessflow.accessibe.com/bot-info)
- Every request is signed per the Web Bot Auth specification (RFC 9421 HTTP
  Message Signatures)
- Public key directory: https://accessflow.accessibe.com/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory
- Signature-Agent header value: https://accessflow.accessibe.com/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory

Crawl behavior:
AccessFlowBot performs scheduled, recurring monitoring scans of websites whose
owners have configured them in accessFlow — it is not an on-demand, single-request
crawler triggered by third-party queries. Scan frequency and scope are configured
per website by the site owner within accessFlow. Between scheduled scans,
AccessFlowBot does not otherwise crawl or request pages from the site.
